NEW BEGINNINGS FROM THE PAST The Start-Up Loans Programme, delivered through WSX Enterprise for Hampshire Dorset, Isle of Wight and Surrey, has provided both money and help for the new business, Glamragzz. After meeting with a Mentor (provided by Mentor-Net) to work through her business plan, Nicola submitted the plan to local delivery partner WSX Enterprise.
