Using volunteer Business Advisers from a broad range of business backgrounds, mentoring enables SME owners and directors to access a huge amount of experience to support their own development and that of their business.

With benefits ranging from better managed businesses to increasingly confident leadership, mentoring is a very valuable and cost-effective way to develop business skills and address day to day and longer term strategic challenges for the organisations leaders.

Mentoring is available from the Mentor-Net programme in Hampshire, surrounding counties (excluding Dorset) and the Isle of Wight. Mentoring in Dorset is available from Dormen who we support in partnership with other organisations.
