Exploring New Markets – 1/2 day workshops
ENTRÉE is a short enterprise development programme helping new businesses break into new markets.
It is a 3-week course and therefore advisable that you attend each session. Sessions will be held on the 8th, 15th and 22nd May 9am-12.30pm. If you are not able to attend all sessions, please indicate this on the booking form.
An interactive coaching experience working with your business ideas. The 3 half-day modules take entrepreneurs through the fundamental stages of:
- Identifying a promising new customer group
- Finding the right way to attract the new prospects
- Ensuring subsequent cash flow forecasts are realistic and with limited risk
The way we do it is simple too.
Firstly, we show you a few examples of how others have gone before you. This is helpful in stimulating your own ideas and helps you to recognise what works well and more importantly what to avoid.
Secondly, we get everybody on their feet to explore the opportunities available to us through the knowledge and experience of those in the room. This is all captured through our hands-on mapping exercise.
Lastly, we break into small groups where we take it in turns to work through how this applies to our particular circumstances. The intention is to come up with a compelling marketing campaign that’s specific to our own business needs.
During the last session you put in the detail and get some one-to-one time with an experienced mentor, just to make sure we’re on the right track and to give you the confidence you need.
