Investing in Dorset – Raising the county’s game

Posted 13/03/2012

The Dorset Local Enterprise Partnership has been looking at the way in which the county positions itself in order to attract new business and how we can make improvements to ensure that Dorset presents all of its potential and advantages to maximum effect.

As a vital part of the process, the LEP are holding a high-level meeting with specially invited people from both the public and private sectors and they would very much welcome the input of Rural-Net members.

To allow for the maximum opportunity to gather people’s views there will be two meetings. The first will take place from 5:30pm on Thursday 29 March at Athelhampton House (just outside Dorchester), and will last a maximum of two hours. The second will take place on from 8:30am on Friday 30 March at the RNLI College inPoole, and again will last a maximum of two hours. Light refreshments will be provided at each session
