Make More, Use Less Workshop – Oct + March

CLS Dorset Make More, Use Less

Make More, Use Less is a FREE workshop that will help you save money, reduce your environmental impact and sell more.

The purpose of the workshop is to answer questions about how to make more from your products and services by being more efficient and having a more desirable brand.

Most businesses haven’t sat down and considered the whole lifecycle of their products and services because they are busy with the immediate focus of day-to-day management.

By looking at the whole lifecycle we can explore the widest range of possibilities for your business. We can help you identify which of these areas provide the best opportunities and develop a plan of action to help your business become more sustainable, more efficient and future-proof.

The workshop will give you the tools to help you think more broadly, encourage new ideas and identify the best opportunities for your business.

You’ll find out about:

  • optimising packaging
  • using fewer materials or sourcing more sustainable materials
  • resource-efficient manufacturing
  • reducing the environmental impacts of distribution
  • improving recyclability
  • improving information you give to customers and enhancing your brand efficiency
  • developing more sustainable products and services
  • local and global possibilities in a changing climate
