Mapping Conflict in SME’s – Online Survey
We are conducting research into the perception of organisational conflict, the different types and the ways of dealing with it, to gather overall views on social, interpersonal, intergenerational, cultural conflict, etc. in business environments. Experiencing difficult times arising from recession, enterprises (particularly SMEs) find it more difficult to acquire the skills needed to deal with organisational conflict which may then go on to help them reposition and/or overcome challenging economic conditions.
Supported by the Erasmus+ Programme, the ETHOS project has been set up to review, develop and promote the tools and strategies needed to manage and exploit conflict in business environments.
The project will then go on to encourage integration of these tools into work placed training and the associated vocational skills relevant to labour market needs, providing SMEs with the soft skills needed, now and in the future, to manage and exploit conflicts in business environments.
Closing on Thursday 28th May the survey should only take 5-10 minutes. (Your responses are completely anonymous and will not be circulated to any third parties).
