Since joining Aldershot Enterprise Centre in 2018, Jo initially covered maternity leave but could not bring herself to leave the centre and became a permanent fixture!
You can often see Jo around the building improving things or creating artful corners and displays, there is no crafting tool or even power tool that Jo does not already have!
What does Jo love about her job?
“I love the fact that the whole company is more like a family than a job, a company that genuinely cares about its employees, you aren’t seen as a commodity, you feel like an actual valued member of a team.
Life is difficult enough but working for a caring company, takes the stress out of day to day life.
