Dorset DNAsix: Build Your Digital Business Communications Strategy – Bournemouth – Dorset Growth Hub

FreeThink of a business process in 2019 and chances are that it is in some way affected by digital. From online banking to processing card payments and from customer service to recruitment, logistics and even facilities management, technology is causing massive disruption but also plenty of opportunities.
Yet 1.6 million SMEs lack these basic digital knowledge and many more will not be able to grow without the necessary insights and understanding of the digital processes which now affect many areas of business.
The challenge
Most businesses will either not be hungry enough or concerned enough to do anything about this situation. This represents around 80% of the organisations in the UK. Many will just soldier on, wind their businesses down or potentially go bust.
The solution
Dorset Digital DNAsix® is a digital coaching programme which helps organisations survive, compete and ultimately thrive in today’s digital marketplace. It is founded on six basic principles – strategy, culture, content, community, advertising and data – which are then used to diagnose where the challenges and opportunities lie within businesses.
The Workshop
The Dorset Digital DNAsix workshop will help you to decode the Digital Communications landscape using the 6 step principles. In the workshop we will;
1) Guide you through the 6 stages of your digital journey and an overview of these categories
2) Carry out a digital diagnostic to establish where you are in your Digital Communications journey
3) Provide you with a toolkit of learning modules to help you develop your weak points
4) Empower you to take charge of your Digital strategy with follow on support from our Digital Specialists
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is aimed at Small and Medium sized business leaders looking for guidance, a framework or pathway to decode heir digital status as an organisation and look for progressive next steps to help drive growth through digital.
Please make sure that you are able to attend the event before you book. If you book a place and are not able to attend we reserve the right to exclude you from further bookings where places are in short supply.
This workshop is completely free and funded by the European Regional Development Fund. It’s delivered by Dorset Growth Hub and WSX Enterprise. It is only open to Dorset, UK registered SME’s and aspiring entrepreneurs within home addresses in Dorset, UK postcodes.

These sectors include: *Fishery & Aquaculture, *Primary production, processing and marketing of agricultural products, *Coal, Steel and shipbuilding sectors,*Synthetic Fibres, *Generalised School Age Education, *Banking and Insurance Companies.
