The Solent Supporting Employment Programme aims to reach and work with individuals facing complex barriers to employment, enabling them to move closer towards or into employment.
The programme is part-funded by the European Social Fund.
Our project
Inspiring Enterprise in Portsmouth supports unemployed people to set up their own business, find a job or enrol in a training course.
This project is specifically focussing on people who have been affected by health issues.
How can we help?
Inspiring Enterprise in Portsmouth supports unemployed people to set up their own business, find a job or enrol in a training course. It is funded by the ESF and the Solent Supporting Employment programme run by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Community Fund.
This project is specifically focussing on people who have been affected by health issues.
Our activities will include webinars and training courses to explore self-employment.
Interested candidates will be teamed up with their own enterprise adviser and embark on a journey to set up their own business, find employment or training.
To be eligible to receive our free support you need to be:
- Unemployed or inactive (not earning)
- Suffer or have suffered with health issues
- Live in the Portsmouth area
