Be Your Own Boss – Self-Employment Support

Unemployed people living in the Chichester and South London area can now get free support to start their business or become self-employed, with European Social Fund funding from the London Learning Centre.

Unemployed people living in the Chichester and South London area can now get free support to start their business or become self-employed from WSX Enterprise Ltd.

European Social Fund funding from the London Learning Centre has made it possible to use the strengths of the Inspiring Enterprise project in areas outside Hampshire and Surrey and reach out to people keen to explore self-employment.

Working with local job centres, we will offer sessions on Self-employment: Is it for me? and courses covering the Business Essentials to help them on their way.

The projects will inspire and enthuse people in a half-day introductory session to consider self-employment.

The workshop includes an overview of the ins and outs of working for yourself and business idea generation.

Having supported over 750 people interested in starting for themselves we will have plenty of ideas, anecdotes and examples to whet people’s appetite and give them the confidence to start.
